What remodeling in Seminole actually involves

"Seminole" covers a small incorporated city surrounded by a much larger area that shares the postal address but not the government. As in Pinellas Park, the city limits decide the permit office — City of Seminole inside, Pinellas County outside — and plenty of homes that say Seminole on the envelope are county jurisdiction. We confirm by parcel number before quoting.

The building stock is largely 1970s and 1980s single-family on slab, which is the easiest era we work in: block walls, truss roofs, copper or CPVC supply, and bathrooms big enough to reconfigure without annexing a closet. Layout changes here are usually genuinely possible rather than theoretical.
