We use it solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Form processing

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards them to our email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Fonts and embedded content

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Pages that embed a Google Map load content from Google in the same way.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website or deliver your project — for example, a licensed trade contractor quoting part of your job — and only as needed for that purpose.

Retention

We keep quote enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
